BIG UPDATE

Hello!

A long time since when I last posted on this blog but honestly that feels about right. I had a ton of stuff happen in the last few months. Honestly, I could go into details over and over again but I think mostly I just want to chat right now about what I’ve been up to the past couple of weeks.

Stream Update

Mostly it’s been schedule changes… I know, wow big changes… but really that meant my schedule for streams has changed and thus brought me down to one time a week so far with possibly two times when I have the energy. The new schedule will still be Saturday nights, but I’m gonna also try and stream Mondays as well but with more casual games. Friday is still D&D with Absolute20pod!

With that said I have been gaming a ton on the Discord server! (If you haven’t joined yet I’ll post a link below! but must be 18+ and respect the rules!) We have been playing a ton of Plateup, Vrising (which I started a dedicated server for!), and a few other games! I’ve also been hyper-focusing on Satisfactory! It’s super fun! It’s really fun to just focus in for like five hours and produce a bunch of stuff! Overall it’s been a blast! Can really say I have been enjoying gaming with everyone!

There was also a full rebrand of the stream and content which you can kinda see already on the front page but I think I’m gonna do that as a different blog post. I also will post a bunch of new art here!

ART UPDATE

I’ve also been working on a bunch of just casual art. I don’t post it often but I wanted to share it here. It’s pretty basic so I won’t upload it to the art pages.

First up are a few practice pieces from the art stream with Smilky! If you don’t know Smilky, they are an amazing art streamer, who does a draw-together stream on the last Sunday of every month. These are my practice pieces from those! JUST A WARNING THEY ARE A BIT ROUGH!

Next up is some magical circles that I’ve done! These ones were really fun! Just playing around in illustrator honestly. This is the kind of stuff I really love about art. It’s the playing around and just having a good time. Not the expectations that I place on myself over and over again. I tend to be really hard on myself when stuff doesn’t turn out the way I want and then I start shutting down. But when its simple things like these I can play around and have a fun time just messing with it till I get it right. It’s one of the big reasons I love digital art. Because I can change stuff over and over again.

Oh I also made a bunch of accessory graphics. I def want to make a few different ones now to fit better with the rebrand but these were fun too!

Dungeons and Dragons Update

Oh, also a bunch of new maps! Make sure to check out the DnD map section for them! They are all up and I have more coming. Below is the latest I’ve made! It’s called Eden’s Folly Church! I really loved how it turned out!

The Movie!

The new movie was amazing! If you haven’t seen it I def recommend it! It runs like a really well-written one-shot within the Sword Coast. The acting was great! It was campy and silly but still had some deeper moments. I really like that it didn’t take itself too seriously as some dnd movies have… -.-

I won’t spoil it but def give it a shot if you haven’t yet!

Absolute20pod

We are still going haha. We are currently playing through a campaign called Fates! It’s based on the Tarot and it’s been really fun. Each of us represents a card and we have to go find the others before they fall into the wrong hands. We brought on two new players for this one and it's just been a blast! Rho is also running a Saturday game set in Avernus! They just started and it’s not gonna be streamed but it’s looking like a ton of fun with a bunch of new people!

WRAP IT UP

Well, I think that does wrap most of it up! I’ll try to keep y’all more updated on what I’m working on but honestly this is still gonna be a when my ADHD remembers about it type thing!
